This is Jeff’s first year with the Glen Ellyn Children’s Chorus. Mr. Haeger holds a Bachelor Degree in Music Education from the University of Illinois and also studied jazz piano performance with Ellis Marsalis at the University of New Orleans. Mr. Haeger is the Chorus director at Scullen Middle School in Naperville and currently has over 400 students participating in the Chorus program. Mr. Haeger has received five District #204 “Most Influential Educator” awards and has been nominated for the “Golden Apple” award. Mr. Haeger is also on the music staff at First Congregational Church in Glen Ellyn, where he conducts the Sanctuary Singers, the Jr. High Singers, and plays the piano during worship services.
